Our pizza dough is mixed by hand and fermented overnight, once it’s gone it’s gone–until tomorrow.  All of our pastas are made in house ensuring the finest quality of ingredients.

Burien pizzeria supports local farms whenever possible. Our limited menu is designed to provide consistent deliciousness, and will change seasonally.
